The warranty
What the warranty paper says
Every estimate carries the workmanship terms in writing, so you are not relying on memory. Three things are always on it.

What is covered
Our own work: how the roof, vents and gutters were installed. The estimate lists the parts.

For how long
The length is stated on your estimate, next to the terms. We do not quote a length without them.

What voids it
Storm damage, work by someone else on the same roof, or a roof left without maintenance. The terms list each one.
About warranties
Is the shingle maker's warranty different?
Yes. It comes from the maker, covers the shingle itself, and has its own terms. We explain both when you get the estimate.
Do you handle insurance claims?
No. We are not public adjusters. We can write up what we found, and you take it to your insurer.
