Answers before you call
Why do you start in the attic?
Because that is where roof problems show first: stains, daylight, blocked vents and wet insulation.
Do you work on commercial roofs?
No. We work on houses.
What areas do you cover?
Yakima County and Prosser. The contact page lists the towns.
Do you handle insurance claims?
No. We are not public adjusters. We can write up what we found for your insurer.
What is vermiculite and why do you not touch it?
Vermiculite is a loose-fill insulation of gray-brown pebbles. Some of it contains asbestos. We stop and recommend you have it tested before anyone works in that attic.
Are you on call at night?
No. Messages left after 4 p.m. are answered by 7 the next business morning. If water is coming in, say so and leave your address.
Do you offer financing?
Not at this time.
